Hi guys! Well, it’s over, Thank God! the biopsy wasn’t horrible but certainly not something that I want to go through every day or even once more in a lifetime. It started when the nurse at the hospital couldn’t access my port in my chest so had to use a vein, which by the way is usually a source of great anxiety for me since I have such horrible veins however she did get a vein and it turned out OK. The people there were laughing at how fast my foot was moving. Those of you who know me know that when I’m nervous the motion of my foot could provide enough energy to power a city. They assured me that they would be giving me good drugs that would prevent me from having any pain. THEY LIED!!!! They took me into the CT machine and put me on my stomach. they took pictures to see where the tumor is and sthen stuck me several times with numbing stuff. WHERE THE HELL WERE THE GOOD DRUGS THEY PROMISED ME???????? They then did give me some sedation but I was awake and talking and by the way feeling most of the times, that they stuck the needle in, which were several. By the way my butt is very sore right now as I write this. But, it’s over and now onto the next moment, the results, which will not be till next Mon. Please PRAY, Pray, Pray!!!! The Gynocology oncologist that I saw a couple of weeks ago, called me yesterday. I don’t know why, but again mentioned that we should avoid surgery if at all possible. I told him that if it were to be cancer that I wanted it out of me. I told him that I hadn’t lived this long without being aggressive and that that was going to continue. I don’t know that he agreed but I am still going to persue that option if need be. He did wish me luck! Again, I couldn’t get through this without my husband Bob, my amazing friend Peggy, who continues to be my side through each step of this journey, and all of you ,who’s love and support is amazing! Keep it up, It means the world to me. Love ya, Pat
