Pat had her ablation done this morning. It was a hurry up and wait day…..got to the Emory Hospital at 7:30 for the 8:00 am reporting time….drew blood, inserted an iv, spoke with the radiologist…and waited til 10:45 am to be taken to have the procedure done. The procedure itself was to take about 10 minutes but with pre time it would be about 2 hours total. Then an hour wait in the holding room. She got to her room about 2:30 pm. She said the procedure was uncomfortable but done with. The radiologist felt things went very well. Now Pat has to wait about three months for a CT scan to see how things went.
